FreightingWorld does not act as a broker, carrier, shipper, freight forwarder, or agent, and does not guarantee freight availability, pricing, payment, delivery, or performance.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the Platform, you agree that you will not:

• Post false, misleading, fraudulent, or unlawful content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Manipulate listings, communications, or pricing
• Use the Platform for illegal or deceptive purposes

You are solely responsible for verifying:

• Counterparties
• Credentials, licenses, and insurance
• Payment terms and performance obligations

All transactions and agreements occur directly between users.

4. Fraud Reporting & Platform Integrity

FreightingWorld provides reporting tools to promote platform integrity.

By submitting a fraud or misuse report, you acknowledge that:

• Submission does not guarantee investigation or enforcement
• No legal obligation is created
• Reports must be truthful and made in good faith

False or malicious reports may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Communications & Notifications

By using the Platform, you consent to receive:

• System notifications
• Account-related communications
• Administrative and security alerts

You may opt out of non-essential communications. Critical operational or safety messages may still be sent.

6. Location-Based Features

Certain features of the Platform may involve optional, user-controlled location sharing.

You acknowledge that:

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FreightingWorld shall not be liable for:

• Lost profits or revenue
• Loss of data
• Missed opportunities
• Disputes between users
• Fraud, misconduct, or negligence of third parties

FreightingWorld's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid, if any, by you to access the Platform.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

FreightingWorld may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at its discretion for:
